Display Not working Ipad Mini 16gd wifi + 4G

i bought my apple ipad mini 16gb wifi + 4G from singapore 2 weeks before..i got a problem with d display...the display is fully blackout..can u suggest me how i can get my ipad get repaired and frm where..as i have international warranty also..
