Does safari updated at the same time when iPad get updated to latest iOS?

Does Safari also get updated when your iPad installed the latest iOS update.

Yes. That would be the only time that Safari gets updated. Every time that a major iOS update has been released, Safari has been updated in the three years that I have owned iDevices.

You cannot update Safari on your own and Apple does not release updates individually for the preinstalled apps.

No one knows the answer to this question until the iOS is updated. If Safari is updated in the next iOS version it will be included in the iOS update.

As Meg replied in your other post on this topic, what makes you think that you need an update to Safari? What are you trying to accomplish that Safari in iOS 6 cannot do?
