I get "download error = -50"for only ONE song from my library (while trying to restore my entire collection). "

I get "download error = -50"for only ONE song from my library (while trying to restore my entire collection because iTunes once again deleted my entire collection). It will not let me download again because it says "it's already downloaded to the computer" but yet it's not because of the download error. All of the other songs download.
