How do I embed a small video of me speaking on the screen?

Does anyone know what kind of software you use to create a video that can show your face talking in the corner like in this screen shot upper right? I'm using Snow Leopard in case it matters. (Link to live video is also here http://quick.as/qlckk)

This has nothing to do with Keynote, it is a video conference application. see this link: iChat

iChat is available on Macs using Leopard onwards

If you want to show a prerecorded video playing on a Keynote slide, drag and drop a QuickTime file on the slide.
