this support needs to be fixed because I got an email about a reply to my question but I followed the link in the email and I can't see the reply

I deleted Icloud from my pc because I found out that the only way you can use icloud on a pc is to use it 1st on an apple, otherwise it wont work on a pc
Yes, that is correct. You can only create an account using an Apple device, once you have an account you can sign in from a PC.
Icloud the only 1 you have to start on an apple. itunes, quicktime, and an ipod can be stared on either
