Regular basic Macbook Pro warrantee???

Hello guys! I bought my brand new Macbook Pro w Retina on Ebay. It is the early 2013 version.

Do I have to sign it up or register it anywhere for the regular basic warrantee to work? How do I know if I registered it or whatever when i started it up?

Thank you please help!!!!

If you were connected to Internet during the initial setup, it was registered to your Apple ID. To make sure of that, open http://supportprofile.apple.com, log in with your Apple ID and register your MacBook Pro.

You shouldn't need to do that because the warranty is activated at the moment you purchase your Mac
