My Itunes-Angola doesn´t has any music (songs) at all. I would like to buy songs from itunes store from a diferrent country. but it doesn´t allow me.
You can only buy/download content from your own country's store - to be able to buy from another country's store you will need to be in that country and have a valid billing address in that country on your iTunes account (content is licensed to Apple to sell by the content providers on a country-by-country basis).
In order to sell music in Angola the record companies will have have to grant Apple licenses to do so - until if/when they do that then unfortunately you won't be able to buy music from Apple. You can try leaving feedback for Apple to let them know that there are people there that would like to buy music : http://www.apple.com/feedback/
thanks, but it doesn´t help. I change the country code and I have a valid billing address in other country and it didn´t work.
You also need to be in a country to buy from its store
