macbook pro 15"" was working fine for 8 hours when it frozed when openning a picture from the web now it is with that broken picture all over the screen the wheel icon spinning on the screen dont respond to any comand please help.

You need to reboot.
Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds. This will force the machine to power off.
Release the power button and press it again to power the machine back up.
