New computer, new iTunes install - how to move library to another location / how to import my existing library into new ITunes install.

How to I move the iTunes library to another file system? I have a new Windows 7 computer with the OS, programs, including a fresh install of ITunes located on a 256GB solid state drive (mSATA SSD; the computer also has a 3TB traditional hard drive). I don't want to use the limited (very fast) storgae of the SSD to hold the iTunes library. so I need to know how to set up an iTunes library folder on the 3TB drive, what files to copy to the new location, and how to point iTunes to it.
