Aug 11, 2013 2:12 PM in response to Melanie4676by pvonk,It sounds like you are using apps or music that was purchased using a different apple ID (a different itunes account). When you purchase an item, it is forever associated with the account/ID that was used to buy it. If you change your itunes account, then you have to enter the password for the old account.

Aug 12, 2013 8:14 AM in response to pvonkby Melanie4676,Thanks for your help. I don't think I changed my iTunes account, I still have my music on my phone, I really don't use iTunes much. The only thing in last few weeks I have done differently was connect my phone to my laptop while I was working on a picture I was drawing, so that I could look at the image on a bigger screen. I went into iTunes a couple days ago when I tried to update the version on my laptop and my daughter said some of her music was showing up in my iTunes but it was doing this before that. For example I'm typing this on my phone now and it just popped up for no reason. It doesn't matter if I type in my password or just cancel when it comes up, it has the same outcome. My apple ID is the same as it always has been just like if I log into iTunes. Is there a way I can check to see if that happened?
