Aug 11, 2013 7:19 PM in response to Ross789by Erics551,The only thing I can think of is making sure Bluetooth is on. Bluetooth is the third option from the top when you first go into settings.

Aug 11, 2013 7:42 PM in response to Erics551by Ross789,bluetooth switches on and searches. All my other Apple stuff finds the headphones, but this new itouch 5 just searches and doesn't find it. Tried reset, reboot, etc. no luck.

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Third-party Bluetooth headsets, headphones, and keyboards
- Restore from backup. See:
