When does the newest episode of breaking bad become available to watch in itunes?

Apple says TV shows should be available 24 hours after it is played onteh network.

However, Apple cannot put them into iTunes until they get them from the network.

You should update to Mac OSX 10.6.8.

I have the same issue, seems like BS to me. I fully expected the episode to be available as soon as it aired

I was able to watch the first ep (S5, E9) on iTunes that same day, but now I have to wait a day? Plus I live abroad so for me I have to wait until Tuesday because "24 hours after airtime" is the middle of the night for me.
