Why isn't AirPlay Supported on my Mac Pro of all Mac's?

for airplay mirror to work the video card of the computer have to support

read time encoding to H.264 in hardware

as if the cpu have to do it performance crawl to a halt

with the program airparrot you can do it on nonsupported macs but as stated performance could be an issue
