I have completed all the artwork in Pages for the contents of a CD booklet and the Covers, but I need to massage it so that fits into the proper CD Cover/booklet templates.
Where do I find these?

If you are using Avery sheets for printouts, open a Word template from Avery's site, in Pages. and copy over your artwork to the Avery document.
If you are just wanting a general Pages CD template:

I will check this out as I have completed all the artwork for a CD cover (front and back) and booklet but the specs aren't correct for uploading and publishing.
