Why does my MacPro wake up every few hours?

Why would my MacPro briefly wakes up every few hours? By waking up I mean the fan turns on for about 30 seconds, the monitor stays dark. Below are the first few messages I see in the console for the time my MacPro woke up.

It looks like this is might calendar related, but I don't want my MacPro to wake up just to sync any calendar or other stuff.

I have a 2008 MacPro running Mountain Lion with all the latest updates.

Hey everyone.

I face myself having the same problem. I just baught a 13" MacBook Pro mid 2012 from refurbished store.

Everytime i put my Mac into sleep mode, it starts waking up several times.

First to tell, that I have been searching for hours to find a solution or just a hint. Typing "wake reason" into search box of the console does not deliver any results.

The only thing immediately showing up ist CalendarAgent. Following screenshot is showing the message:

User uploaded file

syslog |grep -i "wake reason" does not show any results as well.

Thanks guys!
