ITunes 11 freezes/crashes when i start video

Question

Hi, I have a big problem since installation of Itunes 11 and Quicktime. It's impossible to see correctly my vidéos from Iphone 5.

When i start my video in Itunes 11, my PC freezes, and after craches!

Please, help me!

NB : I have the same problem with an other PC using Windows Vista

iPhone 5, Windows XP, Windows XP Home Familial SP3

I would read through the troubleshooting steps in this fist article for your Windows XP computer:

And, for the computer with Vista, this one:

Both include similar troubleshooting steps, and are for when you encounter video playback performance issues in iTunes.
