If you are in a country where you can re-download music then they should show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes, and the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone. If you aren't in a country where music can be re-downloaded then do you have them on your backup of your library which you can use to copy them back onto your computer ?

I didn't have quicklinks installed, and i think i'm in a country where i can redownload stuff, but it says that i got nothing to redownload, and when i'm manually searching for the songs, it says that i allready have them installed and it seems like i have to repurchase some of the others(the whole Itunes thing seems glitchy ). Maybe it's because i haven't deleted the old.windows dokument?

Quicklinks is not something that you install.

It is simply a heading in the itunes store.

Open itunes store.  Look at the right side of the screen for the word Quicklinks,  Click the word Purchased under that heading

Have you failed to maintain a backup copy of your computer?

On the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page should be a Quicklinks heading - it's not something that you install, it's part of iTunes :

If you can re-download music then you will get a Music section via that link. If they have 'downloaded' against them in there instead of the cloud symbol for re-downloading then do you still have them listed in your library i.e. where you would click on them to play them ? If you do then deleting them from there should give you the cloud symbol.

What country are you in ? Music can't currently be re-downloaded in all countries : what can be redownloaded where. Do you still have copies of them on your iPhone ?

If the songs are still in the store then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
