how to change my icloud email address

You cant change the address you need to delete the account (save contents to phone) and set up a new account

I do not believe you can change your iCloud email however you can add an alias to your iCloud mail account:

Go to https://www.icloud.com > sign in > Mail > Click the Gear on top right > Preferences > Accounts > Add an Alias (on bottom left)

You can then use your alias and just disregard your original iCloud emaill address.

Thank you. I have not had a chance to follow your advise but it makes sense. I am new to icloud and have not learned how to use the program.

What exactly are you trying to do?

1. If you want to change your login for iCloud.com, follow the instructions here: Apple ID: Changing your Apple ID
2. If you want to change your iCloud email address then follow the steps in my post above. This will allow you to send/receive email from the alias you create but just to be clear, you will still need to use your current Apple ID to sign into iCloud be it on your device or iCloud.com.
