I had to change computer user due to boot file corrupt now I cant sync iphone

Just like the title says, my computer's boot up file got corrupted so I could only use it as a different user now my Iphone won't sync up. Has anybody had this problem and how can I fix it? I downloaded Itunes, redownloaded purchased apps and music to Itunes, but cant sync. Also apps not updating.

Thanks

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Hey Jamber4

If your user has changed and did not bring over the previous iTunes folder, you will typically get that it has been synced with another library. You would need to start over on syncing or you can setup manually manage music and videos to sync the media that you want on your iPhone.
