Q: My iPhone 4S will not backup to iCloud automatically OR manually (just hangs on one spot on the backup bar indicator. I've checked all the settings . . .all good. any help out there?.

    You need to have your phone plugged in and on wifi for automatic backups to take place.   Also, you must not be out of your 5GB free space on your iCloud account.

     

    If it is hanging up, delete the existing backup and then try to start again.
