So my phone works all fine and everything but when i turn on my REAR camera it is on and working fine for like 2 seconds and then a black page slides across or thats what it looks like and it is then black and then when i take pictures it is black as well. PLEASE HELP ME I ALSO JUST GOT THIS IPHONE LIKE 3 DAYS AGO .

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then restart your iPad.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, then swipe the slider to power off.
Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
nope nothing happend at all same thing .... like the camera is on and working for 2-3 seconds then it turns black and this happend out of no were tooo!!!!
what is the wake button ?
it didnt work i did everything and nothing still same thing
Same as the power button.
Make sure the software is up to date.
Tap Settings > General > Software Update

yeah its iphone 4 and no brand new phone
No wonder you are having problelms with it
You could try restoring > iTunes: Restoring iOS software
But no guarantee that will work.
im not trying to mess it up even more. and if u know anyone else that can help me out can you please tell them to comment on my chat !
Backup your device to iTunes.
Restore the device as new.
Test the Camera.
If issue remains, it's likely a hardware problem, and needs to be serviced.
If issue disappears, it's likely a software issue.
As long as you backup your device properly, you won't mess it up even more. Restoring as new is part of the standard troubleshooting steps.
