Probably a simple question, but I'll ask: I created a book cover in Gimp. How do I import it into iBooks Author?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Hi. I was able to export the GIMP file as a JPG (by choosing File - Export - and saving it as a .jpg extension).


I then opened the new JPG file from the Desktop using the Mac program Preview. I chose Edit - Select All then Edit - Copy.


I then opened GIMP and was able to paste the book cover successfully. So that's progress.


However, the template size of the book is too large for the cover.
