how can i switch back and forth from windows ultimate to OSX

If Windows is installed using Bootcamp, reboot your computer, press and hold the option key when booting, then choose either OSx or Windows to boot.

If you want both Windows and OSx to be running and selectable at the same time, use a virtual machine like Parallels, Fusion, or VirtualBox to install Windows rather than using Bootcamp.
