My iPhone 4S has had a poor battery life for months. Now its stuck on showing 100% battery all the time, so I have no idea of how much battery there is left. Has this happened to anybody else and what can I do about it?

Hasn't happened to me, but have you tried the basic troubleshooting steps recommended in the user guide (restart, reset, restore)?
I have just restarted a few times. I thought I should let the battery discharge completely once before I reset/restore
Hi have a iphone 5 and same this problem all time is 100 procent and i tried restart/restore but nofthing and restart in 2 min in 2 min restarts single...please tell me . Tnx
