upgrading OS on Ipad1
I have an first generation Ipad - how do I upgrade to IOS 6 ? Applecare folks seem to suggest I am stuck with the current 5.1.1 . appreciate any advice.

IOS 5.1.1 is the highest it will go.

Applecare folks are correct... iOS6 is not available for the iPad1. See this... http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5457
