How to adjust default permissions for new shared folders on Snow Leopard Server?

Hello all,

Here at the organization I'm working for, we are having an issue with the default permissions on new shared folders, created by other users on Snow Leopard Server. Essentially, whenever anyone creates a new shared folder within one of the shared 'parent' folders, the permissions have to be adjusted every time in order for people to be able to add files to that folder and give people read/write access to that folder and any files within it.

We need everyone to have read/write access to any new folders and files created within the shared parent folder.

Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks!
