How to solve a server error 400?

I continuously receive a pop-up window that reads,

"The server responded with an error.

The request for account "iCloud" failed.

The server responded with

"400"

to operation

CalDAVUpdateShareesQueuableOperation.

Any ideas? It pops up once every 30 seconds no matter how many time I click "OK"

If you are signed into your iCloud account on your Mac and are running OS X Lion, go to System Preferences>iCloud, uncheck Calendars & Reminders, choose Delete from My Mac when Promted (they will still be in iCloud), then restart your Mac and go back and check Calendars & Reminders again. Your iCloud calendars will reappear on your Mac after a brief delay as they redownload.
