Dell 3007WFP x2 on Powermac G5 1.8ghz late 2004?

I currently have a powermac g5 1.8ghz late 2004 as my main machine running 10.5.8 leopard, i want to upgrade my single acer v193w monitor to 2x dell ultrasharp 3007wfp-hc displays. i know they need dual link dvi and that i'm deffinatly going to have to upgrade the graphics card from the 5200 ultra but which one should i get? Would it be possible to run 2 of these displays on this type of powermac ?
