iTunes match crashing on a Windows 8

I have a Windows 8 machine and recently have been having issues with the Match feature crashing iTunes every time I try to turn it on. I turned it off after I noticed that my library was not updating like it should. Has anyone else had issues with this and maybe found a way to fix it? I have tried reinstalling iTunes several times but to no avail, thanks.

I had two problems that was causing match to freeze on step 3 and then crash. One problem was that the files it was trying to find were not found. I had to find the location of the song. Try playing the song. If it won't play, there may be a location problem. The second problem was that one file was too large. It was 199 mb. Once I deleted this song, step 3 would process smoothly and finish.
