So I downloaded a song from the net and into itunes, however I can't seem to transfer it to my iphone via syncing or icould....any help would be much appreciated. 🙂

You can do a few things. The first thing is converting the song in a different format and then sync. The other option is to manually manage the music to drag and drop the song on your iPhone.
