have lost my iworks disc when i look on app store it says pages not installed it is how do i recttfy and get the app store to recognise

MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.4/2.2 GHz), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

The iWorks apps on the discs won't work with v10.8.4 regardless. They are outdated versions of the iLife suite of software.

You will have to purchase Pages, or Numbers, or Keynote from the App Store.
