hello there i have problem to sign in to icloud it says "the maximum number of free accounts have been activated on this iphone "please help me out of this

What you're doing is trying to create a new icloud account. But devices are limited to 5 such processes and you've reached the limit. You must use another device or computer to create an icloud account.
