Mac Mini mid-09 will not boot

My youngest son updated his MacMini, and installed program for Leap Motion which worked great, put the mac to sleep and tried to start the morning after. No signal to screen, just a macmini beeping continuosly every 5th sec and blinking in the LED.

We only got wireless keyboard and mouse/trackpad. Have opened for dust cleaning, changed to org speced RAM (2GB) and exchanged RAM battery (CV2032), still problem persists.

Anyone with a good idea how to solve this?

Beeps can mean the RAM is failing, failed, not seated correctly...

Now I have changed back to 2X2gb RAM after cleaning, and attached a windows usb-keyboard.

Tried different boot options from this link without success: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1533

But, the Mini Mac has stopped beeping and blinking. Now it is starting up with a solid LED light and the fan can be heard gently, but still no signal to screen and no chime to indicate a proper boot.
