I purchased PDF Converter, it isn't what I needed for my files. Can I get a refund?

You will receive a receipt in your email for the purchase 24 to 48 hours later and you can use the Report a problem link to initiate a conversation with iTunes Support about a refund. Apple sometimes gives a one-time refund. The question for you is do you want to use this one-time refund on this app or save it for a more costly app in the future?
