Question 1 I cannot seem to delete "apps" from my I-Phone 5 (although I can delete in I-Tunes but they don't disappear off the phone after syncing) and there does not appear to be a "delete" option on the phone? Help?

Hold down on said app until it wiggles and then hit the X button.

Or go to settings - general - usage - show all apps - delete said apps.

there is no option to delete said apps under general - usabe - show all apps - delete
