Q: Junk Mail

I cannot retrieve Junk Mail through iphone 5 or ipad, although no problem with Spam on imac. As advised, i disconnected the modem, reconnected, and still nothing.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

Hi dave@yahoo,

Make sure your settings on your iMac are not removing the emails from the server by following these steps:
