Siri not saying "you can reply or read it again" after reading messages

This was working fine until yesterday. I have a bluetooth speaker phone in my car that I pair with my iPhone to make calls and answer text messages. When I get a new message and ask Siri to read them, Siri will read the message and then after just pauses with silence when its suppose to say "you can reply or read it again". I have to hit the button manually to reply. I did not change any setting to affect this so I have no clue why its happening. Something got disabled or Siri is malfunctioning. How do I fix this?

It started working for me again yesterday only in a slightly different way so obviously it was tweaked because it stopped working in the first place. Instead of saying "you can reply or read it again" it now says "would you like to reply?" If I want to have it read again I can still say read it again at the reply prompt and it will. Glad its functioning properly again, almost a month later! Defeats the purpose of having a hands free device otherwise.

Yes, I also noticed the voice prompt coming back but it does not appear to be 100% functional for me. I've noticed that if I have multiple text messages come in and I say "no" to Siri asking if I want to respond to the first read message, it does not go to the next message and read it. It simply stops. Anybody else see this little quirk? Don't get me wrong. Better to have this than the way it was the last few weeks.
