Q: Why won't it download...HELP

Hello, I rented a movie about 12 days ago I went on holiday for 10 days in the meantime and the movie has not completed its download. When I went to complete the download it has said 'unable to download at this time' what does this mean?

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.4

https://expresslane.apple.com/ServiceOptionAction.action
Select iTunes>iTunes Store>Connecting and downloading>Incomplete or interrupted Downloads
