Installing WINE on Snow Leopard - Problems

Hi everyone! I am new on this forum, so thank you for the help! I'm also very much a noob as far as computers go. I'm at a higher level than about 80% of the world, but I'm sure the people on this forum have loads more experience than I do. Hence the reason I am here: asking for help!

I am trying to install WINE on my Mac. It runs 10.6.8. I've been following this tutorial on how to install it. I ran into problems pretty quickly. In Part I, it says that if you run into problems, you will need to fix them yourself, and I am completely at a loss for how to fix them. When I input $ brew doctor into the terminal, it gives me three warning messages. I've included a screenshot of what I have done in this post.
