My Ipad stopped working and won't turn back on.

Assuming that the battery isn't empty (and it can take up to 15 minutes of charging before it will respond), then have you tried a soft-reset to see if that gets it to boot up ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I had the same problem and even after rebooting and charging it still won't turn back on. Any other suggestions???

I assume that the soft-reset didn't work ? If not then have you tried a different cable and charger to charge it in case there is a problem with yours and the iPad's battery is still empty ?
