How do you remove apps

You can't remove the apps that came with it. For all others press and hold the icon and when they are jiggling press the X in the upper left corner of the icon.

you can 't remove the Apple apps, like Music and Game Center. For all others, tap and hold finger on an app icon until they all wiggle. Then tap the "X" next to an icon to delete that app. Press home button when done.

touch and hold on any app until the apps start to jiggle. then you should see the little x at the top left of each app icon, except for the Apple apps that you cannot delete.

Alternatively, you can delete apps from within iTunes - with your iPad connected to your computer go to the iTunes screen for your iPad that shows the apps, there will be an oval beside the name with the option to remove the app.

i haved done that but the app is still on the main screen. also when i prees and hold it start jigling but desnt show an x

it depends on what app youre trying to delete. If your trying to delete and app that apple has already installed like camera, or app store, music, facetime, etc. then you wont be able to delete it, but if its an app that you have bought off the app store then you will be able to delete it. If you have parental controls you might have to ask your parents to change them, but apart form that , im not sure whats wrong worry :)

Sometimes if apps are updating or installing, you can't delete them until they've finished what they're doing. I find sometimes they freeze but restarting the iPad (hold down home and lock buttons to do this) usually fixes this.
