I can't download a free app from iTunes !!
I have tried to download a free app it now says there been a problem with previous purchase over 3 days ago , what seems the problem ?
iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 6.1.2

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here, we won't know.
If you don't know what it is then you can contact iTunes Support via this link and ask them for help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
