cannot add new printer

Hello. I am trying to add my new printer (HP Officejet 4620) to my print queue. I keep getting the following error message: The software for this printer is currently unavailable. Please contact the printer’s manufacturer for the latest software. I have all of the latest software. Any ideas to get past this? Thanks!
