Pros: You can do whatever you want to your device.

Cons: It ruins your warranty for your device.

We don't discuss jailbreaking on these forums. Jailbreaking is a no-no, and you cannot "do whatever you want to your device."

By that I meant that you can add a bunch of extra features.
