Weird Screen Glitch With certain projects... HELP

Hi, I am expeiriencing an extremely annoying and corrupt problem in Logic pro 9. All updated, and not using any faulty plugins. Check the screen shots, if anyone has ever seen this before please let me know!!

Sometimes my screen just goes white and then the crazy rainbow wheel of death makes his appearence....
