Standardizing Desktop Wallpaper for Network Users in 10.8

Hi,

I'm trying to teach myself Server, so forgive me because I know this is trivial. I've created a network user, setup a network home on the server, etc... but how can I standardize personal settings across machines? I still find myself having to manually change the desktop background and turn on "secondary click" in System Preference at every machine I login from.

Thanks for any help!

Don't use a network account to log into the server. Per Apple, that causes problems. Beyond that, what you want here should happen automatically, as you log into various computers using the network home account. The settings and such should be available, so long as the files and applications are available on all of the clients.
