Can i Convert my files that are F00...F49

Can I convert my files that are F00...F49 to look like the rest of my file (had a computer crash,,,use ipod to get my music back in itunes)

Some file are song titles/albums ect others are F00..F49

they appear this way in my backup files

iPod classic (120 GB), Windows 7

F00..F49 are the names of the folders of media content on the iPod. Inside will be a bunch of files with four letter names. As long as they're not .wav files it should be possible to recover them and reconstruct the core of the library from the embedded tags.
