My iPod will not display ion the iTunes window.

I tried using the troubleshooting help and it still does not work. It only shows connect to iTunes screen and nothing else. Please help?

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.4

Did you do everything here:

Including

or

New cable and different USB port?

Runs this and see if the results help with determine the cause

Try on another computer to help determine if computer or iPod problem
