My daughter has tried resetting her phone to factory settings
She has tapped erase and reset in settings now the phone won't even switch on
can anyone help?

The phone now needs to be activated. Make sure a SIM is in hte phone and connect it to itunes on the computer and follow the prompts from the activation assistant that pops up once itunes detects the phone
I connect to iTunes and nothing happens
It doesn't even recognise a device is connected?
But it does with my phone
