Why i have no computers targeted in ARD ?

if i drag a package to the task server, i then have no computers to push the install...

I dont understand, feel free to ask me any question regarding the setup.


OS X Server running ARD (in the preferences i ticked to use Task Server on this computer)

DHCP network

Active Directory domain

Only 1 Mac client scanned ( just testing so far)

You don't drag packags to the Task Server to install them.


You create an Install Packages task (From the Manage Menu), select the packages and target computers in the task, and then run the task. The Task Server will take care of running the task for you.
